Here are details about our super convenient storage just blocks west of Lake Minnetonka:

Your boat, trailer, car, jeep, fishing boat, snow mobiles, jet ski, ATV, etc. are all welcome.
Choose from our STORAGE BUILDING or FENCED PASTURE IN BACK.

No in/out; this is our family home.
*** This means you need to plan on leaving your item for the season, unless emergency repairs, etc. are needed. ***

INDOOR STORAGE: Entry door is 8 feet tall.

INDOOR ~ WINTER ~ STORAGE ~ DETAILS:

  • Our large shed is secure from the elements and has a concrete floor with drains.

  • End your summer when YOU want. Just drop & go whenever, and we’ll tuck it away until Spring!
    (and pick-up in the spring is just as convenient)

  • We treat for pests and monitor, however winter-proofing your property is YOUR responsibility.
    Most occupants use dryer sheets, and we’ve had little to no issues.

  • Returning clients get first priority, we are a small hobby farm with limited space

  • Your rate is determined by item, not by foot. If you want to store something not listed, please ask.

  • A waiver/contract will be signed, and ***** you are required to carry your own insurance ******


PRICES:
BOATS: October 1st through May 31st $995 total for season,
must be PAID by Oct 8th; start storing anytime.
Paid after 10/8 the price is $1100 for the season.

OTHER ITEMS: 
Cars, Jeeps, quads, golf carts, jet skis, etc. of similar size: $700 for season,
and must be PAID by Oct 8th; start storing anytime.
Paid after 10/8 the price is $800 for the season.

Indoor summer season: $500 summer (June-September)

***AGAIN, your spot must be PAID IN FULL by Oct 8th to hold your spot.
You can begin storage when it’s convenient for you.
Refunds are offered ONLY if your vacated spot is filled prior to Nov 1st of the year. ***

PASTURE / OUTDOOR storage rates:

Outdoor (3-wire fenced pasture) year round: $60 month
